Travelgenio was recently founded and being led by CEO, Mariano Pelizzari in 2010. He is an Argentinean businessman with a wide background in online and offline travel industry. This company is fully owned by Travelgenio S.L., Inc.

PROS
First, if the site is not in a language that the customer can understand, the language selector is located on the bottom part of the page wherein it is interchangeable within 27 languages. And they also have the option to send the latest updates to consumers’ inboxes via email with their newsletter services located next to the language selector.
The main features of the site let customers search and book flights and hotel reservations. All of these services are payable via credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Visa Electron, and Maestro.
In this review, I tried searching from Montreal, Canada (YUL) to Amsterdam, Netherlands (AMS) December 28 to January 1, 2016 as 1 Adult. I was amazed with how the result page looks like.
As evidently shown, it provides two ways to view the result either by table or list. This page can be modified as well if in case customer misselected or mistyped their searching preference.
However, Travelgenio charges for fees. Service fee per passenger and fee for credit card payments. The fee is non-refundable no matter what the case. Even in modification of bookings and reservation fees may arise. Changes in flight should be called 48 hours prior to flight schedule.
CONS
Even the site is beautifully distributed, Travelgenio reviews have a different story to tell. Lately, customers of Travelgenio have been complaining about their bookings with the Spanish travel site. One reviewer missed his flight due to Travelgenio. What surprised me was the reviews are not just short phrases and warnings, but a story telling of complaints.
But what caught my attention was this review on the 8th of December 2015 saying “Do not use Travelgenio! Looking at my statements not only is there a huge difference in invoice and money they took out of my bank account but they cannot break down fares between different airlines. I booked economy for all 6 flights, one leg was changed to business and they would not change it back. Subsequently I am unable to be reimbursed by my employer for flight expenses so I’m out almost $2500.”

Advice to Revise
Judging through several Travelgenio reviews, travellers are anxious with the overall credibility of the company. Due to the mixed Travelgenio reviews posted online as well. However, given these circumstances, some loyal customers preferred booking with them and Travelgenio is working on improving their company’s reputation, which is a good trait that every online travel agency should have.
