This all happened in his dorm room at University of Michigan. CheapAir is a privately owned company and has been recognized in United States as one of the best online travel agencies until now.

Like the normal travel site, CheapAir basically lets travellers to search, compare and book flights online. Even without us mentioning it’s an American travel site, once customers see CheapAir it merely focuses on US destinations as featured on their site, the most visited states in US. Searching is categorized into fixed and flexible dates which help more customers in such case.
Another good thing about CheapAir is their “Price Drop Payback”. Wherein if the booked fare price drops after purchasing, the company will guarantee a credit back for the difference. This service started in 2011 and it’s still on going.
CheapAir accepts bitcoin as an alternate form of payment for flights and hotel reservations. They also have a voice-activated flight search app, but only for iOS devices. This travel app once had won as one of the best apps and websites for travelers by Travel Weekly.
CheapAir Reviews 2016 from Customers
According to 61 CheapAir reviews 2016 on SiteJabber, CheapAir is just good at promoting services and bad in implementing it. One customer had to pay a penalty and suffer from a wrong booking, which was never close to a cheap flight. The consumer had even tried to contact their customer support team and he’d been on the line forever. He ended his review by saying “The site is a joke. Last time I use them.”
Other reviewers complained for extra, double and hidden charges. The word ‘scam’ is seen throughout the other CheapAir reviews 2016. So, tell me, how is it good to book a flight with them? If it costs you more by being deceived by the offer.

Overview
If you’ll remember, in 2013, Travel Weekly had ranked CheapAir on the 48th spot from the Power List of Travel Agencies in the United States. But that was like 3 years ago, since then CheapAir never had any new recognition or award. Maybe the CheapAir reviews 2016 had pretty much explained why they were inconsistent with their services and promises. CheapAir needs more improvement and needs to learn how to value their customers because that’s what builds a company or a business.
