We got to admit, Airbnb is too mainstream that it was alleged to be the most reliable and fastest growing travel rental site. Airbnb stands for Airbed & Breakfast which was founded in August 2008 by Joe Gebbia and Brian Chesky. It’s almost 8 years, since the company had started, but it seems like consumers are not really as happy as the business sounds. Now, let’s take a closer look about Airbnb.

Airbnb didn’t change their interface since the last time we wrote about them, but what captured our attention was, the background image now is moving. To simplify things, Airbnb caters two kinds of services for “The Guest” and “The Host”, which both can be us. The Guest is basically the customer looking for a rental place and The Host is the one who owns the rental place.
But the biggest problem Airbnb is facing right now, is majorly on the management between The Host and Airbnb itself. That makes customers most of the time unhappy and unaccommodated with their concern, leaving their consumers confused as to whom they shall complain. Let’s check some of Airbnb reviews 2016.
